SY Luxury Living Studio is a Dubai-based boutique interior design studio specializing in refined residential interiors that balance elegance, warmth and functionality. Founded by interior designer Shimayala Yusuf, the studio creates thoughtfully curated villas, apartments and lifestyle spaces designed for modern living.
OUR STORY
SY Luxury Living Studio was founded by interior designer Shimayala Yusuf, who brings more than eighteen years of practice across Delhi and Dubai — eleven of them here in the UAE — to every project the studio takes on.
That experience spans award-winning villas, apartments, commercial spaces and Airbnb interiors, and it shapes how the studio works: end to end, from first concept through to final installation, with one designer's eye across the whole of it.
OUR TEAM
The studio is deliberately small. Working with a trusted team of designers, project coordinators and craftspeople means every client deals directly with the person shaping their home, rather than being passed along a chain.
That structure is what allows a genuinely personal service on projects of real complexity, and it is why we take on a limited number of them each year.
OUR APPROACH
Our work sits in warm neutrals, natural materials and understated detail — interiors that feel considered rather than decorated, and that will still look right in ten years.
Every home begins with how it will actually be lived in: light, flow, family, routine. The elegance follows from getting those right. Luxury, but quiet.
