This is Shimayala Yusuf's own villa, and the one project with no client brief to answer to. It is the studio's taste in its purest form — warm neutrals, natural materials, and a calm that comes from restraint rather than from emptiness.

The main living and dining areas, the bedrooms and the family spaces were all designed around how the house is actually used: light through the morning, room for people to gather in the evening, and storage that disappears into the joinery. Every material was chosen to age well rather than to photograph well — the same standard we hold every client project to.
